We embraced the opportunity to innovate the traditional conference of Bayer Pharmaceuticals’ Annual Sales Conference. Destination was tasked to create and manage an inspiring and comprehensive 5-day conference program for 250 delegates Australia-wide.
Drawing on design thinking, we re-imagined conventional conferencing to craft a powerful conference theme and design whilst creating extraordinary experiences aimed to foster engagement, motivation, learning and to reward attendees.
Conceptualising an event identity and theming strategically linked to Bayer’s future direction and business focus, we managed the creative and technical production of all digital content and design assets, conference collateral, and delegate communications.
From a fully immersive plenary setup with large format screen and lit tunnel entry, to incredible breakout spaces and welcoming collaborative settings to inspire connection - to the dynamic and sensorial Gala Awards night. We delivered a new and fresh approach for Bayer; inspiring, experiential moments for delegates leaving them feeling empowered, energised and motivated about the year ahead.
