Don Peppers

Don Peppers is a best-selling author, blogger, widely acclaimed keynote speaker and global CX authority.

A marketing futurist and accomplished trend spotter, Peppers has educated and motivated audiences worldwide with presentations and workshops focused on how businesses can compete in a dynamic, technologically fast-moving world. His latest book Customer Experience: What, How and Why Now (2016), provides insights and “how to” recommendations for building and maintaining a truly customer-centric business.

Peppers has written nine books with business partner Martha Rogers, collectively selling well over a million copies in 18 languages.


Bryan Mattimore

Bryan W. Mattimore is Cofounder and “Chief Idea Guy” of the Growth Engine Company, a twenty-year old innovation and creativity training agency based in Westport, just out of New York City. In his marketing consulting career, Bryan has managed over two hundred successful innovation projects, leading to over $3 billion in new sales for one-third of the Fortune 100 companies.

Bryan’s three best-selling books on ideation and innovation process include Idea Stormers, How to Lead and Inspire Creative Breakthroughs and 21 Days to a Big Idea. A cum laude graduate of Dartmouth with a major in psychology, he is on the Board of Advisors for the Global Innovation Institute, as well as an innovation and marketing instructor for Caltech.


Damian Hughes

Professor Damian Hughes is the author of six best-selling books and is the founder of the LiquidThinker Company which takes the psychological methods used by great achievers and shows, in easy steps, how you can adopt them into your own life and business.

He has worked as a change management consultant and sports psychologist for some of the world’s largest sporting organisations and was appointed as a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change for Manchester Metropolitan University in September 2010.

His innovative and exciting approach has been praised by Sir Richard Branson, Muhammad Ali, Sir Terry Leahy, Sir Roger Bannister, Tiger Woods, Jonny Wilkinson and Sir Alex Ferguson.


New Zealand Creative

Established by Kristy Grant and Weta Co-Founder and Co-Owner - Jamie Selkirk, New Zealand Creative is the international engagement division of Miramar Creative. Internationally recognised, the organisation was set up in partnership with Victoria University of Wellington and the Weta Group to provide educational and commercial engagement opportunities for our next generation of creative entrepreneurs and leaders.

New Zealand Creative have a range of educational programmes delivered throughout 3 facilities in Wellington including physical and digital production at the Miramar Creative Centre, testing and hosting content at The Roxy Cinema and exhibition and workshop space at Courtenay Creative. In addition to Destination’s virtual events, New Zealand Creative also collaborate on our award winning Incentive and Business Insights Programs.



In addition to our collaborator network, the modules and approach noted above have been developed in consultation with Professor Francis Farrelly of RMIT University and as part of a grant into employee engagement and capability building in the context of Industry Disruption.

Professor Francis Farrelly is an international award-winning educator and trainer, including in the virtual delivery of marketing education and as part of local and international executive education programs. This includes programs for business across many sectors from banking, to legal, technology, automotive, sport, and for government. Francis has published widely on online and case-based education including for the Harvard Business School. He also has partnered Destination for over a decade including more recently as part of the aforementioned grant, and national award-winning service innovations in the auto sector. He has also worked with major brands nationally and internationally for over 20 years.


All events include our personal touch including full event administration, creative theming, invitations, follow up communications and gift options.
