With an extensive calendar of major events requiring a united direction, Daimler Trucks engaged Destination to formulate an event, communications and brand strategy that could be woven across its series of events to create synergy, efficiencies, cost savings and to streamline event management processes.
Understanding Daimler’s business and focus and with a holistic view, we created a high-level event strategy which conceptualised a hero theme with branding and messaging elements that could be easily communicated and adapted to each event activity while also achieving a sense of individuality and uniqueness.
For the main event, the Dealer of the Year Awards Dinner, we crafted a multi-faceted production including dynamic lighting, sound, sophisticated stage design, visual content and large format screen - in turn creating a vibrant, immersive and sensorial atmosphere.
Providing full production, technical solutions and management for one of Daimler’s most prestigious events, our level of detail included creating spheres to reduce ceiling heights and tivoli steps to the stage to evoke a more intimate environment.
