Destination was appointed to deliver the Mercedes-Benz Star Guild Incentive. We crafted an innovative incentives program to be held at El Questro located in the remote landscape of Western Australia’s East Kimberley region.
This extraordinary location required forward thinking and creative solutions to navigate the logistical challenges of transporting 150 employees Australia-wide to this faraway destination while also working with local suppliers to facilitate an enjoyable and stimulating event calendar.
We provided transport, logistics, branding, collateral, online registration, and on-site management to seamlessly execute an amazing incentive experience which motivated and inspired participants, a trip to be remembered by everyone for a long time.

Destination understood our desire to create an imaginative and meaningful program for our team. The entire incentive was cleverly designed and approached from a guest experience perspective.
When we asked them to formulate a plan for a gala dinner at El Questro, closing the private airstrip and creating a ‘one night only’ dinner party with white table cloths, live music, 5-star food and beverage and over-sized fairy lights was beyond anything we could have imagined.
